Tony Tarasco, former MLB player and now head coach for Great Oak High School, is bringing new energy to the local baseball community. Inspired by his experience with the Braves, Expos, Orioles, Reds, Yankees, and Mets, Tarasco aims to transform the “Diamond Valley” into a hub for baseball talent in Temecula. Recently, he collaborated with Baseball Resource Group (BRG) to host a scout ball event, drawing athletes, scouts, and coaches, including Pittsburgh Pirates coach Tarrik Brock and outfielder Calvin Mitchell.
