The BRG Youth Baseball Instructional Program (YBIP) offers a unique approach to developing 8-13U players currently involved in Little League and Pony/Rec-Ball organizations. Our program is designed to help young athletes maximize their time, talent, and resources, preparing them for success in high school baseball and beyond. YBIP combines the best elements of player development, recreational baseball, and travel ball. This year-round program is designed to put youth players on the fast track to achieving their baseball goals.

There are four ways to participate in the Youth Baseball Instructional Program: join as a player, as part of a Powered by BRG partner team, through a BRG affiliate league, or as part of a city and municipality recreation partnership.

ELEVATE YOUR GAME

Players can join BRG’s Youth Baseball Instructional Program for personalized training and development, offering the chance to elevate their skills and compete at a higher level.

TEAMS

Teams can partner with BRG through the “Powered by BRG” program, gaining access to exclusive training, events, and discounts to help their players grow and succeed. Current partners include the Dolphins, BPA Pirates, and San Diego Pirates.

City and municipal recreation departments partner with BRG to offer high-quality baseball programs that provide their athletes with structured training and professional development.

BRG MEMBERSHIP

Members can access exclusive training sessions, members-only workouts, and events open to the public, at member rates.

BRG membership offers access to exclusive training programs, resources, and events for just $25 per month. By becoming a member, athletes gain elite-level instruction, discounted rates, and a supportive community to help them excel.
